Denver Options provides statewide care coordination for people with traumatic brain injury through two programs, Colorado Connections and Operation TBI Freedom.

Our care coordinators promote crisis stabilization, self-advocacy, education and community reintegration for people with TBI. Our team provides comprehensive support and connects people to individualized services, funding and resources, including:

  • Employment Services
  • Assistive Technologies
  • Housing Assistance and Home Modifications
  • and much more!
