Supported Living Services
Supported Living Services (SLS) assists customers to develop long term plans and resolve everyday problems, regardless of whether they live on their own or with family members.
Our SLS Support Brokers help adults with developmental disabilities define personal goals, develop individual talents and find career opportunities. They also help people tap into free and low cost resources and advocate for customers.
Our Support Brokers work closely with our Service Coordinators to help adults living on their own or with their families live independent lives.
Support Brokers have an in-depth knowledge of funding sources, resources and services. They:
- Listen to customer needs
- Identify resources and services
- Help customers get involved in community activities
- Explore ways to have fun
- Make contributions to their community
