Operation TBI Freedom customer featured on 9News story

Operation TBI Freedom customer Latoya Lucas was recently featured on a 9News story. While on her first and only tour of duty in Iraq, Latoya sustained a traumatic brain injury after being in a rocket-propelled grenade attack.
