What if I do not have liability insurance?
As a Denver Options contractor, you are required to carry a minimum of $1,000,000 of liability insurance. If you do not have this insurance in place, we will not be able to put your contract in force but we can refer you to HPSO or Healthcare Providers Services Organization. They are an affordable option for purchasing the required liability insurance. You can reach them by calling 1-800-982-9491 or online at www.hpso.com.

May I waive the insurance requirement?
For non-therapeutic services provided to the Traumatic Brain Injury population, you may waive the insurance requirement if the client/clients that you provide services for will sign the appropriate waivers acknowledging that you do not carry the required levels of insurance by Denver Options.
