• Assists you in getting a developmental evaluation  from Denver Public Schools Child Find, to determine eligibility for services

• Helps you identify and connect to community resources

• Writes an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) based on your child’s needs

• Sets up Early Intervention services

• Reviews your child’s progress to make sure services are effective

• Assists with the transition process
