Eligibility Evaluation

• A Developmental Evaluation gives us important information about how your child is learning new skills and determines eligibility for early intervention services.

• If you are concerned or if your doctor has provided a developmental screening and referred your child for further assessment, it is very important to follow up to make sure your child’s learning is on track.

• A Denver Options' Service Coordinator will be assigned to help you obtain an eligibility evaluation through Denver Public Schools, Child Find.
